Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not allowed to withdraw their submitted manuscripts, as such withdrawal represents a waste of valuable resources, with editors and peer reviewers investing a significant amount of time in processing the submitted manuscripts, as well as the efforts made by the publisher.
