Advertising Policy

Asa Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran establish the following policies to ensure that all forms of advertising do not influence editorial integrity and remain clearly separated from published academic content:

1. Permissible Types of Advertisements

  • The journal will only accept advertisements that are relevant to academic fields, education, and scholarly advancement.

  • Advertisements must not contain discriminatory, explicit, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content that conflicts with academic values or publication ethics.

  • All advertisements must comply with applicable international laws and regulations.

2. Advertisement Evaluation and Approval Process

  • Decisions regarding the acceptance of advertisements are made by a non-editorial Advertising Committee or designated Advertising Review Team.

  • Editors and peer reviewers involved in content-related editorial decisions are strictly excluded from advertisement evaluations.

  • All advertisements will be reviewed to ensure there is no conflict of interest with current or upcoming scholarly content.

3. Placement and Association of Advertisements

  • Online advertisements may be behavior-based or displayed randomly but must not be directly linked to specific editorial content.

  • Advertisement placement must not affect the layout, visibility, or accessibility of academic articles.

  • All advertisements must be clearly labeled as "Advertisement" or "Promotional Content" and must not be disguised as scholarly content.

4. Separation from Editorial Decision-Making

  • Editorial decisions regarding article acceptance, revision, or rejection are made independently and are not influenced by advertising or commercial relationships.

  • Editorial team members are required to declare their independence from advertising or sponsorship influence.

5. Transparency for Readers and Authors

  • The journal’s advertising policy will be publicly available on the journal's official website.

  • Any revisions to this policy will be communicated transparently to readers, authors, and journal partners.
